Stargazer Publishing Company was founded in 1995 to be the premier publisher of user-friendly editions of difficult-to-use educational materials. The initial titles included The World’s Easiest Guide to Using the APA, now in its third edition, and The World’s Easiest Guide to Using the MLA, used by college students to format research papers. Stargazer is proud that many professors and colleges have adopted its easy-to-use versions.

In 2000, the company moved from Westminster to Corona, California, and expanded its mission from books that educate and empower to those that also enlighten and entertain.

In 2013, Stargazer will also introduce its new line of Stargazer Quick Guides. The first title in this series is Running a Writers’ Critique Group in Your Classroom.
